Samsung Galaxy Z Roll – What price should we expect?

For the past couple of years, foldable phones have managed to win their own place on the market with the two most popular examples being Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4. In fact, combined together, the sales of these two bad boys amount to over 7 million or in other words, 60% of the global foldable market.

It’s pretty apparent that foldables are a key part of Samsung’s strategy, with Samsung confirming more than a year ago that it’s interested in rollable displays. So it’s time to start talking talk of a Galaxy Zero seriously, even if it’s just chatter for now.

So how much the upcoming Samsung rollable phone will cost when it launches? When Samsung launched the first Galaxy Fold, it was priced at $2,000. And that was so expensive at that time. But it was a new device that offers a new technology.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is the lowest-price foldable Samsung offers. Starting at $999. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 costs nearly twice as much at $1,799. Reports claim Samsung is eager to lower the prices of its foldables, particularly for the Fold.

But it’s unclear how that would impact an initial release of the Galaxy Z Roll, especially if that phone is positioned as a higher-end version of Samsung’s foldables. So we think that the price for the upcoming Samsung rollable phone will range anywhere between $2,000 and $2,200 because it is a new phone with new technology like the first foldable phone from Samsung. So stay tuned to get the latest news and updates about the next Samsung foldable phone.
