The Galaxy M14 5G has been one of Samsung’s more elusive low-cost phones this year. The phone has been relatively under wraps compared to other incoming handsets. The phone’s availability in various colors and design have been confirmed by a series of press renders that appear to be official.

These renderings suggest that the Galaxy M14 5G will have an Infinity-V display notch, large bezels and an even thicker “chin,” three cameras on the back without a contour cut-out, and a unibody design in which the back panel completely envelops the phone’s sides and hides the internal frame.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy M14 5G will be available in at least three different hues upon its introduction. This affordable phone comes in three different shades of blue: dark blue, light blue, and silver.

Recently, the Head of Product & Marketing for Samsung India stated that this year, the company will prioritize introducing more 5G phones to India without completely abandoning the 4G market.

It would appear that the Galaxy M14 5G is a part of this initiative to make 5G more accessible to the general public. Earlier this month, Samsung unveiled the A14 5G in India, praising the series’ success along with the Galaxy A lineup. The Galaxy A14 5G now retails for INR 16,499, or around $202. It is possible that the M model of the same handset may be available for even less.

Samsung has not announced the price or release date for the phone outside of India. This week, on February 1, the Samsung will unveil its newest flagship series, the Galaxy S23. There’s no telling when Samsung’s stores will start carrying the Galaxy M14 5G, but we’ll let you know as soon as we hear anything.

As early as November 2022, the first online benchmark for the purported Galaxy M14 5G appeared. The benchmark at the time suggested that the device will ship with the Exynos 1330 chipset and Android 13 preinstalled, maybe with a stripped-down “Core” variant of One UI.
