Unlocked devices may receive an update much later.
Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note10 won’t get the update, but the S10 Lite and Note10 Lite will. Yes, this is an absolute absurdity, but formally Lite versions were released a little later, on the next version of Android. So this is their third update. But the S10 and the Note10 has already received their 3 updates.
