The Galaxy S23 is the latest flagship series from Samsung, and it features a number of changes to the hardware and software that enhance the user experience. 8K video recording is a great illustration of this.

Samsung Galaxy S23 – Giant progress in 8k video recording

Although the Galaxy S22 could do the same, the Galaxy S23 series takes 8K video recording to a whole new level with a few important upgrades. Now, a brief video on YouTube shows how much better the Galaxy S23 series’ 8K video capturing is.

To begin, the Galaxy S23 can capture 8K video at 30 fps, while the Galaxy S22 can only do 8K at 24 fps. The greater frame rate alone allows for a better 8K experience; however, it is not the only important change that distinguishes the S23 from the 2022 models. The S23 also has other notable improvements.

Another major upgrade from last year’s Galaxy S22 is that 8K videos are now captured with less cropping than they were before. A wider field of vision is possible. Taking into account the improved frame rate, improved image stabilization, and less noise, 8K video recording on the Galaxy S23 becomes a more useful addition to the video-making experience.
